We know these are challenging times, so the Thelen VW Service Center is happy to say we are still available for your vehicle servicing needs.  We are following CDC guidelines to provide you with vehicle maintenance and repair when you need it.  Our facility is being continually cleaned and disinfected to keep our staff and customers safe.  When dropping off and picking up your vehicle, you do not even need to enter the building.  Let our staff member meet you outside and collect your keys and vehicle.  Upon completion, the vehicle will be cleaned and waiting outside for pickup.  We are also offering the option to have your vehicle picked up and delivered back to your home or office, within a 20-mile radius of Bay City.
