 All service at Thelen Volkswagen Service Center requires an appointment, except VW Xpress service.

Xpress walk-ins are always welcome! However, appointments will be serviced first, so walk-in wait times will be longer. 
In order to be respectful of your time, an appointment is highly recommended.

Welcome to Thelen Volkswagen Service Department

It's simple, really. We know Volkswagen, because we also drive VW models. New Volkswagen models and old ones! Original OEM VW parts are an important to maintaining your Volkswagen's optimum performance. We use the same high-quality parts your vehicle was built with.  Plus, we keep a large inventory of these certified parts in stock so our customers can find the right part for all their VW maintenance or repair needs.. If you'd like to order a part, you can simply fill out our online parts form.  When it is time to personalize your vehicle, we also have a large selection of Volkswagen accessories to customize your VW car, crossover or SUV.  Our friendly parts center staff is eager to help you find the right part or accessory to meet your vehicle needs.

Service Xpress

Need an oil change or other routine maintenance? No problem! Our Service Xpress team is available to get your in for maintenance and back on the road quickly. Our Service Xpress lane is available during normal Monday - Friday weekday service hours up to one half hour before normal close and from 8:00am - 2:00pm on Saturday. Appointment required.

• Temperatures will cause tire pressure to drop about 1 psi for every 10 degree drop in air temperature.
• As summer approaches and the temperature rises, the air becomes less dense and consequently raises the tire pressure.
• As a general rule, check the tire pressure monthly. If the light comes on in colder temperatures, often driving a few miles the tires will warm up, and will possibly turn off the light.
