Going into the 2023 Volkswagen ID.4, a new trim level has been introduced as the baseline version of the innovative electric SUV. Called the Standard, this trim of the ID.4 provides an even easier entry point to the lineup for interested customers. This version of the EV comes with the same single electric motor on the rear axle that delivers 201 instantaneous and virtually silent performance as the previous model year vehicles. However, this version features a smaller battery to help get the vehicle into a more accessible price point.
