Thelen Volkswagen Service Center in Bay City, MI is open to keep your vehicle maintained and repaired during the current Stay Home, Stay Safe directive. Our expert technicians are available Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. You will not even need to enter our building. A representative can meet you outside to check in your vehicle. It will be returned to you cleaned and sanitized after work is completed. We are carefully following all recommended protocols, including distancing and sanitation.
