Here's How It Works...

On the next page, we have prepared a form that allows you to sign up and become a Referral Rewards Member, but before you do, please read the following information to better understand the program and how it applies to you.

In order for us to keep track of your referrals and, ultimately, your due rewards, we must first enter you into our Referral Rewards Database. This database builds the electronic relationships between you, your Salesperson, the customers you refer, their purchases, and the cash rewards you will earn from your referrals.

Why is Thelen paying for referrals? The answer is again simple. Advertising on radio and television is expensive. Fact is, satisfied customers can bring in more new customers simply by word of mouth. The people at Thelen would rather give you, their valued customer, a cash reward than pay a radio or television station.

The system is simple. You probably bought a vehicle from Thelen or heard about the program and you qualified to become Referral Rewards Member. After being entered into our database, you may then begin referring new customers to us. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell your neighbors about the kind people at Thelen and if someone you refer buys their vehicle from us, new or used, the Salesperson credits you with a referral sale, and pays a reward. And, even better - your rewards may increase as your referrals increase.

Don't be afraid to tell your friends! Thelen will never contact them directly. Thelen will never mail them or call them. All you have to do is spread the word, tell your friends that are shopping for a vehicle to contact your assigned Salesperson at Thelen, then let your Salespeople do the rest while you pull in the rewards.

Like any rewards program there are a few rules. Here's the basic rules of our program:

• Your referrals must be in our system prior to their contact of the dealership. So, if you have a friend that you know is shopping for a vehicle, get their name in our system and have them contact us. If your referrals name is not in our database prior to their FIRST contact with the dealership, no reward is paid.
• Referrals will not be rewarded if the customer is a previous Thelen customer. This system is designed to create NEW customers through your referrals of Thelen.
• You will be allowed to add 10 referrals at first. Then, everytime a referred customer purchases a vehicle, you will be automatically allowed 10 more. So, if your referrals have resulted in 2 sales, you will be able to have up to 30 referrals in your account. (10 original + 10 for each of the 2 sales = 30)
• The referrals you add remain active for 180 days. After 180 days, the referrals must be reactivated in your account for you to get credit. Fact is - 99% of the time, your referrals will purchase a vehicle with a few weeks of the time they begin shopping...180 days is a very long lifespan for a referral.
• Referrals will be NOT be rewarded on "budget" vehicles - usually used vehicles priced under $5000
